My primary reason for finding this book worthless is its use of milk in its recipes. It asserts the claim that goats milk is not "dairy". My daughters immunologist assures us that she cannot have ANY form of mammal milk. That is what a milk allergy is. Also, these recipes are a very diverse in their materials and preparation. Perhaps many people would enjoy these crazy recipes, it just won't work for my child.
