Dale Carnegie is a good inspirational writer and speaker for the business person. Many techniques can be used in other instances however, the techniques of listening to the other person is just informational. No person can continue in the business world without listening in some form. I think the basis information stated on the cd's are generic. Many individuals in business have heard the objectives and outcomes. I guess it would just have to be a part of the 'business world.' I would recommend this to the entreprenuer that is just opening up to the business market of opportunities.
