The book starts off as the paranoid ramblings of a drug addled wacko with delusions of grandeur--and it only gets better from there!
Keene and Mamatas expertly weave together a character of epic might with and world of epic scale, all the while, tying in historical and pop-cultural references with a deftness any satirist would sell their soul, left kidney and first born for.
A fabulous addictive read from beginning to end and a must read for fans of Thompson, Lovecraft and/or Transmetropolitan.
