Lost ...

As Venir wanders aimlessly through the Mist trying to find his way home, the Underlings, led by Lord Verbard and Master Sinway's son Kierway, hatch an underling assault on Bish.

Meanwhile, back in the City of Three, Kam has her hands full with her new baby, as well as keeping tabs on Lefty and Georgio, whose friendship is splitting apart. Palos, the Prince of the Thieves Guild, has it in for Kam, and he won't let anyone stop him from getting what he wants, which is her.

Detective Melegal remains neck deep in Royal Games, trying to hunt down the Slergs, who have Venir's son Brak in tow, as well as trying to enact his own personal vengeance on the Cleric Sefron.

Mood the Blood Ranger and Fogle Boon have traveled deep into the bitter cold of the Nameless Mountains in hopes of finding a druid that can provide a cure for the dying two-headed dog, Chongo. But the mountains are full of dangers and surprises that even the brilliant mind of the mage Fogle Boon could never have anticipated.

GoodReads - Dr. Drev
Craig Halloran does it again in this the fourth installment of the Darkslayer epic fantasy series. All of our old friends are back with the underlings on the rise so the V man and his friends must all work to survive in this action packed installment of one of my favorite series. Shorter than other novels in the series this novel does not disappoint full of action and great battle scenes along with a deeper look at some of the characters i have come to consider friends. Meet the Author

Craig Halloran’s writing career began as the result of a tragic accident called ‘the Internet’. It inspired him to launch an invasion into the email boxes of friends and family with zany stories and movie reviews. They liked it. Consumed by his meager success, Craig started writing full length novels and selling them for money in the ever-evolving eBook market place. Now he’s a fraction of a millionaire that owns many swords and drives a troublesome Volvo.

I could barely put this series down. Each book gets better and deeper. I love these guys even though the author puts them through all heck. I will warn you there are many characters and storylines to keep up with. It's a must for fantasy lovers though!

Each books gets better and deeper. Love Venir, Melegal and all of them, except the bad ones, that I really hate. The underlings are great villians and the Royals are too!

These adventures are so much fun! Halloran's books are getting better and better it seems and his characters, Mood, Fogle, Venir and Melegal keep growing. I like it. Nothing too over the top and I like all the characters and thier problems. It's just fun stuff to read.
