The depth of emotions this book brings you to...so hard for me to put into words (why I'm a READER, not a WRITER). Such a beautifully written book about deep love, taking chances, and friendships that go far beyond the usual boundaries. My heart broke, healed, broke again...but I never wanted the story to end. Loved every word! Review by CherishD

From the moment Daniek staggers into the diner on a stormy night, I was hooked and could not put down this book. Cozy's character development is enthralling and I felt as though I'd been welcomed inti their chosen-family circle. About page 300 I began having a hard time breathing, waiting for that figurative other shoe to drop. I'll let you discover for yourself what happens. I highly recommend this story of dysfunctional families, great friends, true love and undying loyalty.
