The Day the Bubble Burst based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
This book is a stark review of the dark days of Wall Street. The reader can see from the authors story how one economic event surely led to the next in rapid-fire succession. While Thomas details how some tried in vain to stop the downward spiral that began the Great Depression, ultimately it could not be so. The reader will be introduced to some interesting economic giants of the day; Henry Ford, J.P. Morgan, and the like. This book reads like excellent fiction: the plot moves at a nice clip and has one surprise after another. I found it a book you can't put down.
