    Doubleshot Reviews book review

The Dead Hate the Living puts a new twist on death. Just imagine being conscious of things going on around you, of painful surgical equipment invading your body as an autopsy is performed yet being immobilized and unable to do anything because....well, you're dead. That, my dear readers, is the fate of our narrator. This poor gentleman is stuck unmoving as he goes through the emotional pain of watching his wife ID his body. He experiences the physical pain of the autopsy and is witness to his own funeral. And then there is the hunger...the hunger he yearns to satiate, the one that will stop the pain.

The Dead Hate the Living by Thomas Gueli is a eerie tale that will chill you to the bone. Definitely check this one out
