Overview

The third book in the CAHILLS VS. VESPERS series, the follow up to the worldwide bestseller THE 39 CLUES.

The Vespers have crossed a line. Amy and Dan were devastated when the Vespers kidnapped seven Cahills around the world, holding them hostage until Amy and Dan delivered an impossible ransom. But at least the hostages were Cahills - members of the world's most powerful family, trained to face all odds.

Now the Vespers have gone too far. They've kidnapped Atticus, an innocent 11 year old boy and Dan's only friend. Now Dan and Amy are in the struggle of their lives. Because if they can't outwit the Vespers, the unthinkable will happen . . . Atticus will die.

Here is the info on the movie:
Steven Spielberg acquired film rights to the series in June 2008. Spielberg and Scholastic Media president Deborah Forte will produce the series,[12] while Brett Ratner, director of X-Men: The Last Stand and the Rush Hour film series, is interested in directing the first film. Screenwriter Jeff Nathanson, who worked with Spielberg on Catch Me If You Can, The Terminal, and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, and with Ratner on Rush Hour 2 & 3, was hired to write in September 2008.[13] The movie, titled The 39 Clues: The Movie, is going to be released in 2014.[14] The film, jointly financed Universal Studios, Spielberg's DreamWorks, and Walden Media, the studio behind The Chronicles of Narnia film series, will be released in North America by Universal. DreamWorks, through Disney's Touchstone Pictures division, will handle the international distribution.
The first movie will cover the plots of the first three books, The Maze of Bones, One False Note, and The Sword Thief.

    Answer my question

Is there seriously going to be a movie? If there is it better be just like the books because most movies based off of books a nothing like the book

i luv this seireis alot. My favorite things about them is that is seems to go on forever and always keep u entertained. My second favorite thing, is that each book is written by a different author therby making it more unpredictable. My third favorite reason is that no matter how wild u guess, u will never find out what will happen next, and the ends always make u laugh cry or curse angrily.

Everyone puts thier thoughts on the whole "dating thing" so iguess i might as well too.

At first i was all about the whole Amy and Ian thing(i never really liked Evan and Amy together,so i wouldnt mind him leaving) but now i want Amy and Jake
