This is an easy to read book on how to juice for your health, very helpful to anyone who wants to be healthy and active. From start to finish, this book outlines everything you need to get started in juicing.

This book is all about a 7 day juice fast. Personally, I'm interested in the health benefits of consuming raw, nutrient dense juice, but i really have no desire to fast. The one review and book summary were not helpful at all in understanding the content of the book. This is an instance where I wish I was at the book store thumbing through the paper pages of a book.
