Meet the Author

Dana and Blakely Bennett love to explore stories outside the realm of what society deems "normal." They find relationships and love to be a fertile ground for exciting intrigue. Their first writing project together happened way back in 1996, which, in their own words, was "dreadful", but solidified their dream of writing fiction for a living. They now write collectively and individually and love to support each other's projects.

Dana and Blakely are very happily married and have been together for nineteen years. The time has flown by quickly for them and life's twists and turns have made their journey all the richer.

Blakely is the published erotic suspense author of the My Body Trilogy and is currently working on her next erotic romance series. Dana is finishing up the first book in his Jones Whitman, Time Traveler, historical romance series.

Blakely and Dana TOTALLY blew my mind with The Dematcation of Jack. Jack in an artist and if you know artists they are extremely passionate and a bit eccentric. Jenna is a food critic for a newspaper and Jacks love. They find themselves in a rut as is not unheard of in the realm on marriage. I loved that it was not you typical contemporary romance.. This book is real and you can feel the emotions and the turmoil within the relationship. Enter Marc and Summer and a wicked trip to Jamaica and you have the Demarcation of Jack. The openess of Summer and Marc are truly that of an open marraige and it touches on the deeper connection that is needed to be able to form such a bond to be abel to trust and be open in a way that most people will never experience. I am hoping that this is not the last we hear of the two couples. I truly adore all of them. I was torn emotionally with the twists and turns throughout the book. The lesson hear is to ALWAYS be honest and ALWAYS have open communication.. Thank you for bringing this Fabulous book to life for me Blakely and Dana.......

Jack and Jenna are having marriage problems.  So Jack books them on a trip to Jamaica and invites another couple to join them.
Jenna is so not happy with this, she wants to work on her marriage with jut the two of them.  Marcus and Summer friends to both of
them does not know that Jena had no idea of their coming until it was to late to stop this trip.  She has a lot of anger towards her
husband and this just added to it.   As Jenna reconciles that the other couple are coming and with their help she slowly works through
    her anger at Jack.

This story has a major twist to it that was great.  It really brings to the front of Love and Lust and Trust.  Tho I did have a problem with
the ending,  it did not detract from the over all of this wonderful book.   Lots of great sex scenes written with so much heat! Fans Self!!
A Great book to curl up and read as this is not your average romance book.

This is the first book by Dana and Blakely Bennett that I have had the pleasure to read and I can tell you, I will be reading more of their books in the future. I love the double-play on the title of this book. The Demarcation of Jack - meaning that Jack finds out what his relationship boundaries are, and the DeMARCaction of Jack - meaning that Jack needs to get Marc (the other male character) out of his life. This is a great book about the joys and pitfalls of a polyamorous relationship. I appreciate that it did not paint polyamory to be this easy relationship choice where you can easily trade sexual partners and no one gets hurt. I find myself in love with all four main characters in this book and I want it to work out for everyone. Usually, in a typical romance book, the lead female has two men to choose from but there is one guy that you definitely want her to end up with. In this book I really did want her to have both guys! On top of the realistic plot-line, I also really loved the sex scenes and sexual tension in the book. Hot, hot, hot!!! Reading this book will be well worth your time and money.
