The first book was better. This one was riddled with editing errors that happened in the worst possibly places (right at the epic moment of the story--saying Ashely when it is Ellie ruined it for me). Also, from book one to two there were MANY inconsistencies from the story structure and mythical guidelines in the first book. Where did Michael come from when it was Raphael in book one and now suddenly it is Michael without mention of Raphael. It wasn't until 3/4 of the way through the book that Ellie mentioned his wind tattoos. That is VERY major in the story and it iterates to the reader that he is an angel and back to normal and not a ghost or human or whatever. It was as if the author rushed through the book just to get it out there and didn't actually build up the story and tie book one into book two. The ending sucked. It was completely predictable and I felt like I was reading a afterschool family channel little house on the prairie special. It irritated me very much. Honestly, I wanted my money back. This was my FIRST B&N e-Purchase and it was VERY disappointing. Will not buy another book from this author's works because of the EXTREME inconsistency of the work.

I love this book. It was a fast read and the excitement levels were high throughout.
Having read THE GHOST HUNTER, I was wondering what became of Devon. It was good to see him again and to see that he was safe.
Ellie is a delightful character and I enjoyed the chemistry between a Victorian gentleman and a modern day lady!
All in all a very good book.

This is the second in the "series" so far using the earth-bound angles, special humans, witches, vamps, etc. as our main characters. After reading Ghost Hunter, I couldn't wait to get this one as well. Will there be more?

The first book Ghost Hunter was great and I got this book right away, I loved the how they continued right back where they left off. I hope the author continues the supernatural adventures of Ashley, Christian. Devon, Ellie, and Camille.

The first book, Ghost Hunter, was fantastic and it just continued in Demon Hunter. I wish that there was another book to continue the stories of the supernaturals!

Overview
Life’s sucks, and then you die… again and again.Ellie has always been different, from playing with fairies as a child to fighting demons as an adult. She grew up wondering why no one else seemed to notice the oddities of the world that she came into contact with on a daily basis. When she is the only witness of a demon attack and the police suspect her, Ellie skips the country heading to England where she plans to keep a low profile. Everything is going fine, until Devon appears, stumbling around her garden like a drunken fool, and completely naked no less.
