Meet the Author

Before quitting his job in publishing to write Department 19, Will Hill worked as a bartender, a bookseller and a door-to-door charity worker. He grew up in the north-east of England, is scared of spiders, and is a big fan of cats. He lives in east London with his girlfriend, where he splits his time between staring out of the window and staring at a computer screen. The latter tends to be more productive.

    D19 is awesome!

This book, along with the two previous ones, make great reading companions to the original series, but will still make sense if you haven't. I do wish they were a little longer though, because you will most likely buy all three books, costing at about 8 dollars, and I would have liked to get my money's worth, but hey, IT'S DEPARTMENT 19! Also, the books are about 27-34 pages, depending on which book your reading, and most of the pages are the introduction, and advertising in the back for the other two books and the series.

*I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING THE SERIES FIRST, ALTHOUGH THEY WILL STILL MAKE SENSE EVEM IF YOU DON'T! THE SERIES IS AMAZING!!!
