Meet the Author

Before quitting his job in publishing to write Department 19, Will Hill worked as a bartender, a bookseller and a door-to-door charity worker. He grew up in the north-east of England, is scared of spiders, and is a big fan of cats. He lives in east London with his girlfriend, where he splits his time between staring out of the window and staring at a computer screen. The latter tends to be more productive.

I <3 DEPARTMENT 19!! This book along with the first and the third make great reading companions to the original series, although they will still make sense if you haven't. I do wish they were a little longer because if you buy them it costs about 8 dollars and I would of liked to get my money's worth, but hey, IT'S DEPARTMENT 19!!! Also, the books are about 27-34 pages long (depending on which book you read) and most of them are the introduction and the pages in the back advertising the other two books and the series. *I HIGHLY RECOMMEND READING THE SERIES FIRST BUT THE THREE BOOKS WILL STILL MAKE SENSE IF YOU DON'T! THE SERIES IS INCREDIBLE!!!
