I love good food but I also like (need) to keep healthy. I have tried dozens of healthy food cookbooks but they all have such boring recipes. That was until I found The Detox Cookbook. Trust me, the food in this book is sensational. I prepared a dinner party from this book without telling the guests they were eating detox food. My guests raved about the food and were amazed when I told them they had eaten no wheat products, no gluten, low fat, low salt, low sugar, low GI and had balance, flavour and style in every course.
