Dr. Joe Klemczewski has multiple degrees in physical and health sciences including a doctorate in health education. In addition, Dr. Joe is a professional bodybuilder and serves as nutritionist to the world's top bodybuilders and figure models. He contributes regularly to several national health and fitness magazines. He lives with his wife and children in Indiana.

Dr Scott Uloth is Board certified in both Geriatrics and Family Medicine and maintains an active practice in Indiana. He also serves as a clinical instructor for Midwestern University and the Indiana University School of Medicine. He lives with his wife and family in southern Indiana.

As a high school and Division 1 college athlete weight management was never a concern. Then came a career, a family, a lot less time, plenty of stress and the yo-yo efect that most of us suffer from trying to control our weight and health. I went from a sleek 5' 8" and 150 lbs to a person way too short for his weight (225 lbs). Ashamed and embarassed most of the time with little hope for a whole lot better I literally stumbled onto Dr. Joe Klemczewski and his book and now life couldn't be better. I've managed to get down to 160 lbs and have more energy and stamina than I've had in years. His book is easy to read, easy to understand and provides a realistic approach that's easy to manage with a busy lifestyle. I've referred other family members and friends and all have had the same success I've had. In today's world full of empty promises this book delivers with truth and honesty you can trust!

This book is very informative. It not only gives you the tools to lose weight, but the reasons behind it. Easy to follow charts. Finally something that works! In 2 1/2 months lost 30 pounds! I wish I had this book sooner. Extremely effective! I highly recommend it!

I'm 44 years old and have struggled with losing the same 30 lbs my entire life. Weight Watchers, Nutri System, you name it I've tried it. I was focused for so long on "diets" that required me to be somewhere, eat some thing, not eat anything, buy supplements, and none of them taught me a thing about nutrition. Since reading this book and integrating this realistic approach to eating, not only have I lost those 30 lbs and then some, I know more than I ever have about food, I have more energy than I thought possible, I eat what I want-- CARBS included!-- and I've kept it off. This book is easy to read, it makes sense, and it's funny! I've read it a few times-- nothing beats it. I couldn't be happier with this purchase! It's a must-have!
