    Short but sweet

    ## Short but sweet. Apprx. 90 pages (I do wish this book hadn't set me back three bucks), however I enjoyed this little story a lot. Both hero and heroine were likeable and their chemistry was undeniable. The only bummer for me was the dead brother. I get it. That's what the story was about. Moving on....but there was just too much page time dedicated to the dead guy, therefore I could only rate this book 4 stars. Don't get me wrong, I still can recommend it and will definitely read again.

The Edge of Forever by Jenika Snow is a wonderful novel. Ms. Snow packed a lot of story into this short novel. I chose this book to review because it peaked my interest after reading the summery.

Poppy always knew whom she was going to marry and spend the rest of her life with until one day when he was taken suddenly from her along with her unborn child. Poppy is coping with life after the accident and not really living it until she moves across the country to Alaska to start over. I found it a brave and adventurous thing to do.

Blake is grieving for the loss of his brother. He wants to help Poppy deal with her grief even though he had a crush on her for years. Blake is a hot and sexy man who has not made the best decisions regarding women and with limited number of women in town it’s even harder.

The chemistry between Blake and Poppy is blistering hot. The sex scenes were hot and spicy. I found enjoyable to watch them fight there attraction before falling in bed with each other rather than fight it after they sleep together.

Overall, this author did a wonderful job of telling this story even though I found it hard to believe that long term a relationship with the brother in law of her dead husband will work. I have enjoyed every story that I have read by Ms. Snow and I am on the lookout for the next book by her.
