    Don't waste your time

Honestly, this book was a joke. If you are really interested in starting a cleaning business spend some time searching the internet instead of reading this book. The concepts were very basic, parts were repeated numerous times, and the book contained many grammar and spelling mistakes. Don't waste your time.

Great read for anyone involved with their own business, cleaning or otherwise

In a subject area in which authors tend to fluctuate between oversimplification and over-analysis, Ms. Williams writes with an energy and candor that is refreshing. I am looking forward to the next book in this series.

Must read for those thinking about starting a business

This book helped me as I thought about starting my own company, specifically as a 2nd source of income for now. It seemed to cater to me as I was just 'starting out',going from 'thinking about it' to actually putting ideas on paper and eventually setting up my company. I can't wait for the next book in the series which will hopefully expand beyond startup ideas. Lots of real-life examples and personal accomplishments included has helped as well

This is a must have book!!!

Ms. Melissa C. Williams is quite an entrepreneur. I know her personally and had to buy her book. She is such a professional in all her business dealings. I read her book. It is outstanding. I knew it would be a hit, because she has a champion-aura about her. Ms. Williams is the only entrepreneur I know, who can come up with consistent great ideas that actually work. She has successfully marketed fliers in 7-11 type stores and had over 70% response rates. The norm is a 1% to 3% response rate. I am so proud to be among her circle. Bill Phillips, Asbury Park, NJ
