The essential cross-country skier aims at delivering comprehensive coverage of nordic skiing from technique to equipment and preparation, etc. I found that this book touched on a broad spectrum of issues related to nordic skiing but limited only to the depth that would suit the majority of readers - beginners. Nordic enthusiasts may quickly outgrow the content.
