These recipes prove that you can eat well while improving your health.
This is a great book for anyone who has pre-diabetes or who is overweight and worried about their health. The recipes will work not only for those who have been diagnosed with the condition but for family members as well.

Really! 10 bucks for nothing more than a handful of recipes i could have gotten off the web, and telling me to exercise. Sooo not worth the money. Expected more than this that is for sure. Pure garbage.
