I bought this after writing my first official novel in 2006. This is a very helpful tool to those who already have a good grasp on English and grammar. I knew nothing about publishing, so this book helped me write query letters, synopsis and more. I got my first contract from one of the publishers listed in the back. now have over 40 published novels and my first self-published novel on its way. I'd recommend this book to anyone starting out looking for complete a novel. There are a lot of great tips on writing, but most of what you need to know, you'll learn from a publisher as they all have house rules and different methods. Good luck! It's definitely worth the money and laid out very nice, easy to read and understand.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book because it takes you through the step-by-step process, gives you terms you need to know when writing, and also delves a little in the publishing phase--a little. I liked it so much I bought 'The Everything Get Published Book'.

Lots of good information in a fun, easy to follow guide! It might even make ME consider writing a novel!
