Excellent guide for the DIY cider maker. I assure you the person who posted below me has no idea what hes talking about.

Do not follow the instructions in this book. Do not ever use bleach to sanitize your juice or equipment, ever! you will taste it and it dosn't taste good. There is some interesting information in this book but if you need to learn how to ferment juice in to cider please find another book.
