WHEN THEY SAY EVERYTHING, THEY MEAN "EVERYTHING"!!!!!

This book was such an informative and eye opening read I just couldn't put it down.
I had a feeling my symptoms were not depression but something more like OCD. This book gave me everything I needed to access my situation and also told me how to find the right type of help. It included all treatments available for different diagnoses and
the difference between OCD, ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc. This book led me to the right help and I am now on the road to peace of mind. What a difference this book
made in my life! Thank you to the author and please, anyone looking to figure out
exactly what their problem or the problems of loved ones are try reading this book, it
is just what the doctor ordered.

    Life Changing!

Born 1987...Been personally diagnosed since I was 6 years old.
It was so taboo back in the day..parents always telling me not to disclose information about the condition to friends or teachers for years.
Finally, over the years my parents have been trying to educate themselves about the condition (add/adhd) . and progress has been made. However, the turning point for my entire family was when we found this book and each of us read our own copy.
The people who love me the most. and have always known me the best. finally, truly understand me. Not to excuse any behavior but rather understand it and find ways to cope/recover & continue on in the most productive way possible.

THIS BOOK IS TRULY AMAZING & I CAN HONESTLY SAY A LIFE SAVER!
I WHOLE HEARTEDLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO ALL!
