Meet the Author

Nicole Cormier, RD is a registered dietician and owner of the nutrition counseling company Delicious Living Nutrition. Beyond being an RD, she is certified in adult weight management from the Commission of Dietetic Registry. Cormier earned her bachelor's of science degree in human nutrition from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst and completed her dietetic internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA. Her interests include cooking, yoga, running, kayaking, reading inspirational books, juicing, and grocery shopping.

    A small cave with two large flat rocks pushed agenst the wall for herb stores and a small stream flows through the cave,on the other side lays a small nest with a bit of mouse fur tucked in it
