Meet the Author


Lorena Novak Bull, RD, is a graduate of the Nutrition and Dietetics program at Loma Linda University. She has spent the last fifteen years working as a registered dietitian in public health, and has more than twenty-five years of experience with vegetarian, vegan, and raw vegan lifestyles. As a registered dietitian, she has counseled vegetarians, vegans, and raw vegans alike. As a member of the vegan lifestyle–promoting nonprofit organization EarthSave, Novak Bull gives nutrition presentations and vegan cooking demonstrations for her local chapter, and has also given vegan and raw vegan presentations in her community.
