A User-Friendly, Motivating Weight Training Guide

The Everything® Weight Training Book is dedicated to every person, male or female, regardless of shape, size or level of ability, who wants to be strong both on the inside and out. This book provides you with what you need to achieve your goals. I have been a trainer for over 17 years. My passion for health and fitness comes from my own personal experience from losing my health and well-being as a young attorney in New York City. I transformed my career to health promotion and wellness education because I want to share the joy of health and fitness for everyone. This book is dedicated to ALL people who want to become fit, not just the already fit. It includes resources for people who are larger-sized as well as for people with disabilities. It is my greatest hope that this book can be of service to you.
