This cookbook is a great resource. There are many traditional recipes as well as some new twists on old ideas. There is some great explanations about different vegetables, and grains. Many good soup and veggie dishes for any occaision. Some of the recipes are somewhat involved but many are quite straightforward and the results are worth the effort.
