Julie Koh is a fiction writer based in Sydney, Australia.
Her first published story, 'Colin the Dog's Fabulous Midnight Adventure and Another Story', appeared in the Young Writers Showcase 2001 (NSW Board of Studies, 2002). A film adaptation written and directed by Grant Scicluna, produced by Staple Fiction and starring Diane Smith and Bob Baines, was completed in 2011. Julie was a Runner Up in the Fish One-Page Prize 2007. Another of her flash fiction pieces, 'Friendsville', was published in May 2011 by Subtle Fiction. Her short story, 'Teapot Pinata', will appear in the forthcoming The Sleepers Almanac No. 7 (Sleepers Publishing, Melbourne, 2011).
Julie is currently working on more short stories and her first novel.
