    The Fast Diet Cookbook provides a great guideline for those trying to lose weight and become healthier by fasting. This book features some great recipes that you may not expect to incorporate into a fasting diet, such as sweet blueberry pancakes and creamy mushroom bisque. The Fast Diet Cookbook also provides an easy to understand summary of the health and weight loss benefits of fasting.
