About the Author

Joe Hirsch is an educator, leadership coach, and speaker. He earned an M.A. in Education from Yeshiva University, where he directs an education startup and is completing an Ed.D with a concentration in instructional leadership and innovation. His work has appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Educational Leadership, and other leading publications. He lives in Dallas with his wife and four children. This is his first book.

The author’s writing style in the sample chapters was written is such a way that it would appeal to many readers, especially those who are not experts in the field. Audible would be used by many who may be picking up a title in this subject area for the first time. It will be readable and understandable to the general public.

The topic of feedback is one that most working people have experienced. Having another perspective on feedback will be helpful both for those giving feedback and those on the receiving end.
