I purchased this book for my 7 year old daughter and a few of her friends. It is a great way to introduce respecting feelings of others and being proud of who you are. There are pages my daughter is able to do alone, pages she wishes to do alone and pages that she likes to sit with me to finish. She is able to go back and learn from what she wrote or decide that on another day, she may feel differently about her response. The book is not one she will finish in a short amount of time and allows for focusing on many experiences. I think it is a great personal tool for a young girl, a wonderful mother-daughter bonding opportunity and offers valuable insight for growing up and leaving the little girl behind.

if you have bought the feelings book you must buy this book.this log/diary helps your child get much more value out of the feelings book.this book puts the fun factor into learning about ones self and lets the reader absorb so much more than just reading the feelings book on their own.
