Awesome book, much darker than the first one!

This is good stuff, a mix of Dark Tower, Mad Max and Fringe. There are some grim scenes and a bit of rude stuff, but the story is a direct continuation of the first book, with the same protagonist now having to deal with human adversaries, rather than the inhuman monsters in the first book. Highly recommended.
