This is a good history of the battle of Tsushima and the destruction of the Second pacific squadron. However, I think Hough is a little bias against Adm Rozhestvensky. I recommend this work, but I strongly suggest you read The tsar's last armada by Constantine Pleshakov. It gives a more balanced account of this tragic sortie of the Imperial Russian Navy. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
