    I Also Recommend:

I read this just for fun

I thought a book about grass would be relaxing - boy was I wrong! Having a lawn is like caring for a patient on life support. Thank goodness we have a landscaping company here to do it for us.

But, for everyone else who has to do it themselves, I think this book covers everything you need to know, seed, weed and feed. Very detailed and very practical - even down to ounces per gallon of what to spray on it and when. My one problem is that the writing style is a little bit dry and not very entertaining. But, it is a technical book, after all.

Just don't read it to relax! Wandering cudweed will fill your nightmares.
