"...full of evil." -Wende Sheets, Julie's Book Review-

After the tragic death of her groom, Dia is taken to Dracula's castle.

Once there, she is seduced and turned by the count to become his fourth bride. The other brides are to be her sisters, but there is great rivalry as the brides compete for their master's affection. Dracula takes Dia away, but to whose castle has he taken her... and are they being watched?

Dracula's gypsies are loyal to their master and try to save him, but the destroyers led by Van Helsing arrive, and there's great carnage. Still, for one, there is salvation from the unlikeliest of saviors. There is betrayal and a freak show run by evil men, as well as the greatest passion Dia will ever know. But can she trust it? And what of Dracula's greatest vampire enemy, the nobleman who has fallen in love with Dia. Is he an ally or an enemy?

The fourth novel in Carole Gill's Blackstone Vampires series, The Fourth Bride is a compelling story of paranormal love and gothic horror. This is a stand-alone novel and can be enjoyed even if you haven't read the previous books in The Blackstone Vampires series.

Meet the Author

I've always written but life, as it often does, got in the way and I turned back to writing some years ago. In 2000 I was selected by North West Playwrights of England for further development but found I preferred writing fiction (novels and short stories).

I took up a challenge to write 52 stories this year. I began on New Year's Day. I am keeping up with it.
You can follow my progress here:

http://carolegillauthor.blogspot.co.uk/p/my-challenge-52-stories.html

My publisher, Creativia will be publishing the stories.

My fiction is dark. You might never be the same after reading it. But you know what? Maybe that's good. Perhaps I am doing my job. I'm not just dishing out novels to make up series, I'm giving you a piece of my soul. I'm telling you, if you care to read my work, the dark side is evil! It always was. Satan is wicked, his demons are his servants. No reward can await those who forfeit heaven for a taste of hell.

Most crucially of all because I write vampire fiction, I portray my vampires as VAMPIRES, yes they may be capable of love but it is tortured love. They do not inhabit a pleasant world, if they are good it is because "they do less evil than themselves."

That quote by the way is from "The House on Blackstone Moor."

If you are a mature reader and want to read gothic fiction that portrays evil as being evil, then please check out my books and short stories. If not, go in peace and with my blessing. We are all different and that is good because diversity enriches the genre!

The House on Blackstone Moor is literary style horror at its darkest. The themes are vampirism, madness, obsession and devil worship.
It is recommended for readers 18 years of age and over.

There are three more novels in The Blackstone Vampires Series.
Unholy Testament - The Beginnings
Unholy Testament - Full Circle
The Fourth Bride

I have completed book 1 in a second series, so watch this space!

I am widely published in horror and sci-fi anthologies.
