This book grabbed my interest from the very first page. It has everything -a little mystery & suspense, humor and mild gore, but IMO nothing overly disgusting- like some books I've read. I liked it and think under the right director this would make a excellent movie.

    Good Horror

Bryan Smith's books seem to start off with a jump start, which is great because you are easily drawn into the story! The Freakshow starts out with three different points of view and then the characters paths cross as the story goes on. It's graphic, a bit gory but not stomach churning.

    Excellent!

I was very suprised by this novel. I picked it up not expecting too much just because I hadn't picked up a good horror novel in a while. Well, this book started off with a bang, I didn't put it down until I was down. Everything about this horror novel was great. I recommend this to any horror readers. A great, entertaining read!
