I've been a subscriber to The Fresh 20 for awhile. The organization and recipes are fabulous. So happy to have a book!

I am signed up for the weekly Fresh 20 subscription (vegan) and LOVE it. Gone are my days of planning meals. There were inquiries about having vegetarian options in the cookbook and were assured there were 60. When I paged through, I loved how beautifully written it was but the vegetarian recipes are more side dishes that meals and not worth taking the space in my cabinet for a lot of random vegetarian recipes. It is not worth paging through meat pictures and recipes to find one or two vegetarian. I returned the book fort his reason, but if you are a meat eater, this would be a great book for you.
