The Fury of the Aquabats

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Stephen Thomas Erlewine
The Aquabats' second album, The Fury of the Aquabats fulfills the promise of their debut, offering an infectious collection of ska-punk. Although the group's songwriting is a little uneven, and they have the tendency to wallow in sophomoric, "wacky" humor, they have enough hooks and energy to satisfy ska junkies.

This has some of the Aquabats' best songs on here (in my opinion).

    A wonderful Cacophany of sound

This is the best album that the Aquabats have come out with, so if you want to get a great impression of them, go with this album. The others are alright, but in my opinion, there is too much use of the synthesizer. Overall this is one of my favorite and most played CDs.

I liked "Martian Girl" and "Captain Hampton and the Midget Pirates" the best.

    Aquabats aquaRULE!!

The Aquabats! in their second album they're even more ska than before with great horn hooks and hilarious songs like ''The Cat with two heads'',''Capton Hampton and the Midget Pirates'' and ''Lobster Bucket''. Even if you don't like Ska or haven't heard of this band, you gotta get it now!! or else....
