Jaimel D. Hill—from Pittsburg, CA. Currently residing in Mesa, AZ—is a U.S. Army Veteran, devoted husband of 30 years, father of five, and proud grandfather of four. He is a published author of several transformative books, a life coach, a speaker, a digital musician, and a serial entrepreneur who has dedicated his life to rebuilding individuals, families, and communities with purpose, power, and principle.

A modern-day renaissance man, Jaimel's journey is one of resilience and redemption. As an overcomer of incarceration, he has turned pain into purpose, using his story to inspire others to rise above systems of oppression and personal setbacks. His mission demonstrates that discipline, faith, and vision can transform any life.

Jaimel has built a respected 20+-year career as a strength and conditioning coach, performance trainer, and three-sport coach at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels. He's a certified facilitator of the Nurturing Fathers Program by Mark Perlman, M.A., affiliated with Catch The Vision Ministry, the Our Black Fathers Committee (OBFC) of Arizona, and a brand ambassador for Alpha Gentleman Lifestyle Development.

As Vice President of Smoke & Sip International, a business networking organization for cigar enthusiasts and entrepreneurs, Jaimel plays a key role in event planning, brand development, and building S&S LLC as a boutique cigar line.
