    Skip the Nook version!!!

As much as I appreciate having books in e-form, this is a good example of a good thing gone wrong. Clearly, nobody spent a few dollars to have this proofed before publishing it. This is probably a very good diet but the information has so many errors I'm not always sure what I'm reading. At one point the book tells you white bread causes a blood sugar spike as does white bread. Uh, it should read WHEAT.
Unless you like trying to de-code the book pay a little more and get the paper version. The excessive number of errors is distracting and when a book is giving health advice, it should be correct. Hint to those who have the books scanned, give some college student in English studies $50 to read your books for errors. By far, this is the worst scanning result I've seen except for the very, very old out of print books from the early 1900's. Save your ten dollars!!!!!

    Best Diet EVER

This diet is the best diet I have ever been on!! I never felt hungry, had tons of energy and felt satisfied the whole time. It is more than a diet it is an achievable lifestyle of eating. The books gives you so many tips for proper eating habits and ways of looking at foods. I lost 60 pounds in less than 6 months. I just kept repeating the 21 day diet menu until I achieved my goals. I went from 200 pounds to 140!! And I feel GREAT!! I have kept the weight off for 7 months now simply by applying the eating habits mentioned in this book. Staying away from the NO foods and focusing on the good, wholesome foods, especially focusing on foods the way they were created, eating them as they come out of the ground, with little or no cooking. Wholefoods as I refer to them. I intend to start the 21 day menu again this month to shed the few more pounds I have hanging around, and I have no doubts that I will be successful. There is quite a bit of preparation involved in the 21 day menu, which might be a hinderence for some people who have hectic lifestyles, but if you apply the other principles, you are SURE to lose something!! Wishing you great success!!!
