Kincaid's book has 77 different projects with complete instructions, which products work, which ones don't and contains a chapter listing 1,100 items with their retail prices and what one can expect to pay at a garage sale. Even if you never go to a garage sale in your life, the book's "how to" sections show how to redecorate using existing furnishing and things you already have on hand. Keep up with the newest trends without spending a fortune.

You don't even have to go to a garage sale to enjoy this book! 'Fess up! We ALL have a closet full of 'treasures' that need a little help! Not only are these projects cheap, most of them are easy enough for craft-impaired people (like myself) to get good results!
This is an excellent source for beginners and 'old pros' of garage sale-ing. Ms. Kincaid gives very helpful advice in planning ahead and how to sale. Her 'how to' sections are explicit, no fail techniques for turning someone else's trash into your treasure.
