Robert J. Duperre is the author of the Rift, a four-part apocalyptic series whose titles including The Fall, Dead of Winter, Death Springs Eternal, and The Summer Son. He also has written Silas, a contemporary fantasy/science fiction adventure chronicling the amazing and touching journey of a man and his dog, as well as editing and contributing to a pair of anthologies — The Gate: 13 Dark and Odd Tales and The Gate 2: 13 Tales of Isolation and Despair. Robert lives in northern Connecticut with his wife, the artist Jessica Torrant, his three wonderful children, and Leo, the one-eyed wonder Lab.
