Overview

Nick is just a sixty year old janitor as far as Fallin is concerned, until she sees him defeat a demon. As more people at her high school begin to make bargains with demons, Fallin runs into Nick more and more often. Then she finds out that Nick has made his own bargain with a demon, and that the girl he loves doesn't know what he's given up for her. Fallin wants Nick to tell her the identity of the girl he fell in love with all those years ago, and possibly get them back together. But when she sees a photo of Nick in a high school yearbook, all her assumptions about who he is are thrown for a loop. And she starts to wonder if what she feels for him is more than admiration. Can she make a bargain with the demons to save Nick and send him back to the girl he loves, even if that means losing everything to the demons herself?
