You DON'T get what you pay for!!!!

I ordered this as a PDF. Before I ordered it I looked at the Table of Contents and saw what I should be getting. Also, I am familiar with SparkNotes and the type of information it provides - I wanted that information, so that's why I bought it. I downloaded the PDF and found that only 36 of the 74 pages were included on the PDF. Entire sections on the Table of Contents were omitted - Analysis of Major Characters, and Themes, Motifs and Symbols to name 2. It's not like the PDF didn't "finish" or something...that's all you get with this PDF. I called Barnes and Noble to complain about not getting what I was promised on the product page. ONE HOUR AND 5 MINUTES and 4 people later, the matter is not resolved, nobody can explain to me why the PDF of the book was only half of what the book actually is. It only cost me 4 bucks so I'm cutting my losses here, BUT my granddaddy always said if they'll rip you off for a nickel, they're thieves...they don't have to steal a big amount, stealing is stealing is stealing. I will never buy anything from the website again - I only lost 4 bucks this time, so I'll consider myself lucky and in the future do business with companies who deliver what they promise.
