    Great tasting recipes and simple to make -- love the pictures!

    Received this as a birthday gift and the recipe photos as well as the easy to find ingredients (most ingredients already in my gluten free pantry :) had me trying out these recipes right away. So far VERY SATISFIED!!!! Have made the cheesecake and the fudge cookies and both turned out GREAT. Brought both to a family gathering and everyone loved them. Even the "gluten-free-stuff-tastes-nasty" naysayers commented how good the cookies were. Nice light texture on the cheesecake.

    Highly Recommended

    This is an excellent book, which describes how to approach gluten free recipes in an easy and understandable way. Great pictures of each preparation.

    The book has a large number of different meal ideas that are not overly complicated.
