More About This Book

Overview

David Crawford Birrell graduated as dux of his school in Scotland and after attending college went on to serve an apprenticeship in electronic engineering with Ferranti Ltd. Later on while living in Australia, David became involved in a series of events that led him literally to his knees. He cried out, "If there is a God, show me!" What happened next changed his life and his family's forever.

His supernatural encounter with God has impacted many, and it must be said at this time, not always in a favourable way.

David challenges the contemporary church to come out of its compromise, shake free from the grip of humanistic and religious systems which corporatise the church.

He effectively communicates in a down to earth manner, the biblical way to find healing and wholeness through intimacy with God and the indwelling supernatural power of the Holy Spirit.

As the cover suggests, David looks closely at the scriptures pertaining to God's creation being called "gods." He reveals the true Spirit behind these scriptures, and much much more. He also touches on the controversy surrounding Genesis 6 and the days of Noah. You may be surprised and shocked at what he has written but it is a timely reminder that we are in fact in the last days. And if the bible is true, many are even now believing they are heaven bound when in fact they are on the SUBTLE, SLIPPERY, SLOPES of HELL.

David has spent almost twenty five years studying the bible and bible prophecy and completed his Diploma in Christian Ministries in 1998. David currently lives with his wife Rosemary in the city of Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia. He leads a small non-denominational group of believers who meet in local parks and homes throughout the week.
