All Music Guide - Campbell
Golden Age of the Ink Spots: The Best of Everything is a four-CD box set with 101 songs originally recorded in the '40s for Decca by the legendary vocal group. Whether there are enough rabid fans to warrant such an elaborate set could be argued, but labels like Jasmine should be given credit for keeping nostalgic titles like this in print for those who want them.

    Superb nostalgia

Production techne has rendered all recordings as good or better than the originals. Their repertoire represents the culture of the period. They are as distinctive now as they were then. Having lived through every one of them, enhances my appreciation of their work in an era when desperation was commonplace.
