I bought this book because my son has a peanut allergy. I'm afraid to buy cake from the bakery due to the risk of cross contamination. With this, I at least know what's going in to it. I love cookbooks that have pics with each recipe and this has just that. The recipes are easy to follow and the pictures are bright and vivid. I'm sure I'[ll use it for years to come.
