The Gospel and Race: How Following The Way of Jesus Leads to Love, Justice and Racial Unity

How can followers of Jesus unveil the transformative power of God’s love and commit to addressing issues of racism and racial injustice in a manner that is not racially, socially, politically, or religiously polarizing?

The answer lies in the practice of Pro-Reconciliation: a Jesus-centered model of theological reflection that creates the personal, cultural, and spiritual self-awareness necessary to practice racial justice, which will result in the systematic fair treatment of people of all races, resulting in equitable opportunities and outcomes for all.

In this book, you will discover through the teachings of Jesus:
· How to see and treat your neighbor as created in the Image of God
· How to cultivate racial empathy
· How to align your theological guiding principles with God’s heart for love, justice, and racial unity
· How to develop a resistance to neutrality in the areas of racism and racial injustice
· How to stand in cultural solidarity with your neighbor
· How to practically embody Jesus’ Great Commandment and His Great Commission
We Still Have a Dream shows us how to stand united to push back the darkness of racism and racial injustice and fully participate in God’s plan to heal our nation and our world. Join this transformative movement and become an agent of change in the journey to keep the Dream alive!
