I thought this was one of the coolest books ever for a great friend of mine who loves to cook as well as drink. It gives great recipes I know I wouldn't think to cook or think of using liquor for. Very cool book!

I started off trying the homemade fries, burgers and tequila glazed onions. Oh boy, did the family go crazy for this meal. It was complete in an hour's time, since the fries baked in the oven for 45 minutes. There aren't any crazy ingredients either, so no shopping around to find that one crazy herb that no one stocks. I would definitely recommend this recipe book.

The book made a perfect gift for a friend that loves whiskey and cooking. It's a beautiful book that I would give again.
