The book suggests that we look to the past for answers to these problems and offers 70 solutions that the general public can vote on via "THE NATIONAL BALLOT 2012." As the book implores, for the sake of all those Americans who have been wounded or given their lives in the service of our country, it is time for "We the People..." to take control of our nation's destiny.

Meet the Author

Thoroughly disgusted with the actions of a dysfunctional Congress and the government's irresponsible fiscal policies, the author leaves the comfort of an 11-year retirement to turn his attention to our nation's problems. In his analysis, he finds a nation in denial, a populous believing that they have earned and are entitled to Utopia, fiscal recklessness, and a nation headed toward insolvency. Using the expertise gained in a 37-year career in the Information Technology industry at Fortune 500 companies, he uses straight forward logic and analysis to identify 17 areas of concern and recommends 70 solutions to rectify these problems. He states that some people may consider these solutions as "too tough," while others might regard them as "terrifying." But the author also concludes that it takes very little "expertise" to identify the nation's current problems and propose logical solutions. What is missing is the political will and courage to tell the American people that the party is over and enact the appropriate solutions.
